Reflection Exercise: What was most meaningful/impactful for you from Day 1?

Day 1 Actions: Give yourself a break...

  1. Spend 5 minutes writing down what is already great about you, your parenting and your children
  2. For the next 48 hours, actively stop 'shoulding' on yourself. Notice how many times this kind of story may come up (regrets about how you've done it wrong, self-blame, guilt, shame etc) - and drop this story as often as you remember to.
