- Spend 5 minutes writing down what is already great about you, your parenting and your children
- For the next 48 hours, actively stop 'shoulding' on yourself. Notice how many times this kind of story may come up (regrets about how you've done it wrong, self-blame, guilt, shame etc) - and drop this story as often as you remember to.
